Christmas Day

 

 

We went to Dad and Sarah's for lunch and the afternoon.

 

Everyone was sitting around watching this fire on the TV all day...it was so funny!

 

We tried to get the WHOLE family in one picture!!

Christmas morning

The kids didn't wake me up this year.....my
mother-in-law did. She called at 8:00 sharp to see if we were awake.

The kids crawled in bed with us where we read the Christmas story. After
that, we headed down to open presents. After that , we made breakfast
casserole and sausage casserole. Lorine came over and joined us for
breakfast and watched us open some gifts.

Christmas Eve

 

 

After going to Noonday's candlelight service, we
headed to Mom and Bill's house to celebrate the birth of Jesus. It was so
good to see Brandon and have him with us again this year.

Christmas outing with friends

Our annual tradition with our friends. We have celebrated Jesus's
birth together every Christmas of their lives. This year was at the Hill's
house. We had a great time together but Mrs. Dana was so upset because she
ordered the food from Ippolittos and they didn't get the order right. She
discovered it just as we were walking in the door. But all the dads jumped
in the car and went and got the correct food. It was all delicious and the
company was even better. 

The kids did a gift exchange and Justin finally got the lucky number where he could choose to steal anyone's gift.  He ended up stealing the gift we brought - a wireless IPOD speaker. 

Christmas outing

Our annual tradition with the Seelhammers.  This year we went to Marietta Diner for dinner followed by going to see home for the holidays at the civic center. .One of My favorite Christmas shows.  After that we went to the lights of life to see the lights.
