After planning on having a party a while back, we were finally able to have a party to celebrate Austin graduating from the Univ of GA with the family at Denise and Brian’s house. Everyone got together and had a feast of Mexican food prepared by Michelle and Denise. It was one of the SUPER HOT days that we experienced this summer where temps were above 100 degrees but we didn’t let that stop us from taking Brian’s new boat out, So, Brian, Tim, Dale and I took the boat out onto Lake Lanier and rode around a bit and then Tim and Brian wakeboarded and knee boarded. Dale tried to kneeboard but wasn’t able to after several attempts. It was nice to spend the day celebrating with Austin and the family. We are very proud of our “UGA” mascot (that is actually him in the picture above!) and are very thankful that he already has a good job and is doing very well with it.
