This past weekend, we got the pleasure of seeing the Christian Family Theater troupe on stage again for Aesop's Foibles which was a spoof on Aespo's Fables. The basic storyline was that we were watching Aesop as a youth who had all these imaginary characters and stories inside his head but his parents thought he was crazy. Jennifer did a great job in playing Aesop's Mom. The whole cast and crew did a fabulous job but I think my favorite characters were the hare(aka lighting Jack!), the wolf, and the boy (who cried wolf). Aesop did a great job too.
We are very blessed to be a part of such a great group of kids who support each other and love each other.
This was the first of 4 plays they will be presenting this year. In January there will be "Stuart Little". In April, the Omega troup will present a musical called the "Children of Eden". And the other Alpha play hasn't been announced yet.
