So, the next weekend Brandon and Justin went for about 3 hours. The certificate included rental gear as well, so here they are getting fitted for their safety gear and guns.
Once they got geared up, they were assigned a room to prepare for their turns. There was so many kids there that day (including a baseball team) so they split them into A and B teams. Luckily, the boys were on the same teams when they went into "war".
Dale, Chris, and I were able to go into the "war zone area" where we were up on a tower with the referrees so we could watch the action safely. It was fun to see the boys in action. They play different games in there each time, but luckily the one Dale and I saw they were able to tag back in after they were killed. After they went in, they were split into teams and allowed to strategize. Justin and Brandon's team were trying to break a prisoner out of jail and the other team were keeping the prisoner in jail. And then they switched roles the next time. The prisoner never got out either time.
The boys had a GREAT time at this place and hope to go back soon. And I was so thankful that my baby boy came out of war safe and healthy!!
