I have had a wonderful weekend at a ladies retreat sponsored by my step-sister's group, Beloved. I will have to post on that later. But we came home in the snow today and the kids were so excited. It was snowing REALLY hard for 3-4 hours. When we went outside to play in the snow, Justin came running in telling us that the news was out there. We really didn't know why, but when we got out there and started playing, they came over and filmed the kids throwing snowballs at each other and building a snowman. They interviewed me and then Justin and then sat in the van for 4 more hours waiting for a live broadcast. Then finally the 6:30 news came on (CBS) and they were finally on there. They edited out most of the footage and totally didn't use my interview at all(which was ABSOLUTELY fine with me!!). Justin was thrilled to death to be on TV and a neighbor girl came running up the road yelling after she saw him on TV. One of the other neighbors (A man) called and asked for his autograph. He told him he would pay $5 for his autograph. Boy, that made his day. Thanks Chad! Here is the link if you want to see it:

I'm not sure how long it will be up, but hopefully for a little while. The snow was beautiful but so was Justin's smile when he saw himself on TV.

Mary, You are right-you just never know. But this wasn't near as surprising as when Caleb was on TV. What a shocker!!
