Spring Baseball

Justin played baseball again this past Spring. Here are some pictures of his year. He was blessed to be on Coach Brett's (Gowder) team again this year. He is so patient with the boys! AND he was on the Braves. Of course, that was extra cool. One day, he showed up for his game and noone realized until he got there that he didn't have his uniform shirt on. He had accidentally grabbed his "REAL" Braves shirt with Chipper Jones name and number on it. The funny thing was the number was the only thing wrong. I don't know that anyone would have really noticed it but we changed shirts anyway, just in case.
We started off with some wins, but finished with a lot of close games, but a lot of losses. Oh well, they still had fun and learned more about the game of baseball. For their end of the year party, we met at the pavilion and had pizza and cake and the boys all brought water guns. They were all pretty soaked but had great fun.
Here are Justin's two best friends on the team- Blake Gowder and Chris Stroud.
And the coveted trophy always makes a great way to end the season. Way to go Justin!!
