Early snow for Georgia??

The kids had a great Thanksgiving break which consisted of 10 days out of school. Jennifer was counting the days that they had to go to school until the Christmas break and came up with 3 weeks of school. So, she decided that she would wish for a 3 week blizzard to keep them home for the 3 weeks and then it would be time for Christmas break. Hmm....well the Monday they had to go back to school, there were a few flurries spotted while she was on the bus on the way to school. Then a few throughout the cold day. As Justin walked home after school, he spotted a couple of flakes and tried to catch one on his tongue. He was moving around the yard trying to catch the few that were there. The next morning, both kids were so excited to see that it had "snowed" during the night. Jennifer had enough time and daylight to go play in the "snow" before school on Tuesday morning. Here is a picture of our early snowstorm. She tried to make a snowball and throw it but it just disintegrated. Hopefully, we will get a good snow this year as it has been so long since we had a "real" snow.
