Cleopatra

Jennifer had a project in her reading class at school where she had to pick a famous person in history to read and study. She chose Cleopatra. She found out later that they actually had to dress up like their character and do a presentation. They even had to make a "mini-me" out of cardboard and dress it exactly like they were going to be dressed. Her Mimi came to the rescue, as she is famous for. Mom took her shopping to the thrift store where they looked for pieces of her costume. The parents were invited to attend the presentations, so Me, Dale and Mimi all went today to see her. She was not too thrilled that we were there, but we were glad to be there.

In the above picture, Mimi helped Jennifer with her skirt. I was so glad she was there! This is the look I got when I pulled my camera out.... And this is the look that she had when her TEACHER (who grades her!!) pulled her camera out!! Hmmm....interesting!!
Here is Jennifer with her friend with her friend Deanna who is dressed like Anne Frank. And here is the real Jennifer...not Cleopatra!
Here she is presenting to some of the students.
This is a student who was dressed as Benjamin Franklin.

All of the kids did a great job, but Cleopatra was the best dressed of all-thanks to MiMi!!
